Future Inn Bristol Cabot Circus

Excellent location and amazing staff. We arrived early, but they kindly found a ready room for us. Even though it was bigger than what we had booked, they didn’t charge us any extra. The room was spotlessly clean, with a lovely bed, hot showers, and all the amenities we needed. We will definitely choose Future Inn again.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are great. Spacious and clean. Love the little added toiletries and also the iced water down the hallway. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of option. Extremely attentive staff and very welcoming. If anything I would the welcome on reception could do with matching the restaurants, but reception were helpful, and quick to serve. Hence why I still recommend as 5*

Absolutely perfect location for heading out in Bristol, ample parking, walking distance to all the shops etc, room was bigger and better than most, but the star of the show was the bathroom door that double up as a toilet door! Genius design work.

We needed a one‑night stay in Bristol and picked this hotel mainly for the location — and honestly, it couldn’t be better. You literally just cross the road and you’re at Cabot Circus with tons of restaurants and shops right there. The staff were really helpful and even let us check in early, which we appreciated. The room itself was a good size with plenty of space for storage and for our suitcases, so no complaints there. The only downside was the heating. It didn’t feel quite warm enough, and we found the room a bit chilly, especially in the evening. Overall, great location and friendly service — just wish the room had been a little warmer.

The Future Inn is so well placed to explore Bristol,the main shopping area is right a cross the road were you can take a easy walk down to the harbour area were there is a lot to explore. The theatre is half way between the to .There are plenty of bars and restaurants. The Future Inn has its own bar and restaurants. The food was excellent. You can have a brilliant breakfast. The staff are really nice and friendly. The room has everything you need.The bed was were comfortable, plenty of towels and small pouches of body wash and shampoo.

The best Christmas holiday spent at this hotel away from home. Firstly,credit goes to the amazing staff (FOH,BOH & HSK). Each and every one is amazing and they do really care for there guest's. Breakfast was amazing plenty of options with a vast variety of items. Room cleanliness is a top notch. No issues at all and spent two nights with no regrets. Will definitely visit back again.

Had a great stay here; first for four nights and then for an extra two after our travel plans changed. Kids loved it. Great location, free parking. Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. We had a couple of funny incidents with housekeeping; one day the room was cleaned but we had no towels, another day, the beds were made but there was a rolled up sheet left in the corner of the room. Didn't impact our stay and the staff were very good when notified. The free water in reception and fresh apples were a nice touch. Had breakfast one day but it's easy enough to walk across to the cafes at the Cabot Centre across the road.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, and the bed was large and extremely comfortable. The receptionist was incredibly kind and provided excellent service. My friend got a bit drunk and was sick in front of the hotel, and the staff kindly brought us a bottle of water and some tissues. When we tried to pay for it, they refused to take our money. That small gesture really showed how caring and thoughtful they were. The location is also great — it’s just across from Cabot Circus, which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends or anyone planning to visit.
